The final stretch before the Burn. This is the week when organizers and theme camps work together to get the site ready to welcome everyone starting on the 8th.

🎫 Participation is limited to people assigned to a Burning Japan Project or a Theme Camp Project, with their leader’s approval (Theme Camp leader or Burning Japan organization members).
A Burning Japan ticket would also be needed.

On the org side, we’ll be setting up the Volunteer Camp tent and the toilets. Center Camp will also start its build.

This week is also when work on our effigy, the Phoenix, moves forward. Any help with the build is very welcome.
No experience needed, come sweat with us and help bring the Phoenix to life.

This gathering is for builders and artists ready to get their hands dirty. We’ll have a mini excavator and a full set of tools on site for land prep, theme camp builds, and art creation.
