Safety

Safety and reporting

A gift is a gift only when the other person wants it. Please don't hand the next person a bad experience. The crew wants this to be a place where people can assume they are safe.

If you are in danger now

Don't use this form. Call the police at 110, or an ambulance at 119.

Reporting afterward

Unwanted touch, sexual remarks, someone pushing alcohol or drugs. If it happened to you, or you saw it, the crew asked to be told, anonymously.

Anonymous report form

Ask first

Ask before any touch, photograph, food, drink, or gift. Only when the other person clearly wants it, here and now. A yes from someone who is intoxicated is not a yes. One yes does not last until tomorrow. You may refuse. You may look away. Public nudity is not accepted at this event.

A red wristband has meant: do not photograph me, and do not post me. If you see one, do not shoot.

Fire and the road

No fires on the bare ground. Use a pan, a sheet, and water to put it out. Flame performance needs a Fire Pass. From the parking area you walk the shoulder of a toll road. Use a headlamp at night, and keep out of the traffic lane.

Possessing, using, or giving drugs is illegal in Japan. There is no on-site exception.

Bodies and hospitals

The event medical box does not give out medicine. Bring your own. Regional hospitals named in past Tsumagoi years are below. Numbers can change.

  • Nishi-Agatsuma Welfare Hospital, Naganohara, 0279-83-7111
  • Haramachi Red Cross, Higashi-Agatsuma, 0279-68-2711
  • Saku Central Hospital, Saku, Nagano, 0267-82-3131
