🚀 Builders’ Week is just around the corner!

On Thursday, October 3rd at 20:00, we’ll be holding the final offline meetup of the season.
In addition to the usual meetup program, we’ll have a small but special send-off. At the end of the meetup, the very first builders will depart for the site!

✅ What is the Burning Japan YOKOSO MeetUp?

This MeetUp is your chance to learn about Burning Japan and Burning Man before purchasing tickets and to connect with other participants.
For experienced Burners, it’s a space to discuss theme camps or art installations and recruit collaborators.

What you can do at this event:

– Find a Rideshare
– Learn about Burning Japan 2025 and how to participate
– Hear about the charm and culture of Burning Man
– Get a survival guide for first-timers, tips on gifting, and camp life advice
– Network with experienced Burners, organizers, and other participants
– Ask questions, share ideas, and connect with the community

Beginners, repeat Burners, and those just curious are all welcome!

Tickets for Burning Japan 2025 will be on sale until October 8th, right before the event begins.
