Notice: Fujimino Warehouse Storage Now Available for Theme Camps and Art Projects

So that theme camps and art projects can use what they make outside the event as well, Burning Japan has started offering temporary storage of materials, using a warehouse space in Fujimino.

We have already lent it to one camp, and we will keep letting people know as further requests come in.

---

🔧 When you might use it

• You want to store a large object or equipment you made for the event until it happens
※ There are conditions for camps, but storage can continue through to the next season
• You have nowhere to keep materials until the event
• You want to test assembly, paint, or do other fabrication

---

📦 What can be stored, and on what terms

• Who: theme camps and art projects planning to take part in Burning Japan
• Where: a warehouse in Fujimi City, Saitama (details are shared individually)
• How long: storage until the event (storage across seasons is also possible, with conditions)

You do need to accept the following:

• To keep items from being left behind, name a person in charge, and manage the period and the removal
• Do not store hazardous items, or items you cannot identify
• Help with the once-a-year warehouse clear-out and the industrial-waste pickup, among other things

Please check the form when you apply for the details.
