🔥  Big Art Grant — Applications Now Open! 🔥

Burning Japan is a place where anyone can bring art and express themselves freely. A vast canvas for experimentation, connection, inspiration, and growth.

This year, we’re taking things further — introducing the Big Art Grant.

That massive installation you’ve been dreaming about? A space that draws everyone in? A sacred temple at the heart of the burn? Whatever vision that’s been bubbling in your head — now’s the time to build it. Bigger budgets, bigger art, bigger impact. Apply. We’ve got your back.

🎨 Grant Types

Big Art Grant — large-scale installations, up to ¥150,000 per project

Temple / Phoenix Grant — large-scale, community-driven projects that form the spiritual and physical heart of the event

This isn’t just funding. It’s co-creation. Scale, feasibility, logistics, crew — we’ll work side by side with you to make it real.
