Burning Japan 2023 Kickoff Meetup — Participants Wanted! July 20, 2023, from 20:00 at Dogberry, Shimokitazawa

Hello, burners!

This is a notice from the Burning Japan 2023 organizer team. We are holding the Burning Japan 2023 kickoff meetup from 20:00 on Thursday, July 20, at Dogberry in Shimokitazawa. We hope you will join us!

The purpose of the meetup is for people who plan to attend the event to gather ahead of time and deepen their communication and ideas. If this is your first time, you may be wondering about the other participants and about preparing a camp. Participants, including the organizers, gather in advance, so it should be a place to talk directly and get a feel for the event.

Many people who have been to Burning Man also come to the meetup. If you are thinking of going to Burning Man, it should be a rare chance to hear about it firsthand.

Organizers will briefly share the main points from the organizing side, including the art theme, grants, the site, and the ticket schedule.

This season we plan only two meetups in Tokyo. It is a rare chance, so please join!
(The rest are planned in other places, and online.)

You can check the details on Facebook. Open the event page from the link below and mark that you are going. We would also be glad if you invited friends who are interested.
