✅ What is a meetup? It is a gathering, before the main event, of people interested in Burning Japan, people who have taken part before, and organizers. The only fixed item is an explanation of the event. It is not a stiff seminar or briefing.

For someone who has never been, it is a chance to meet people in person before buying a ticket and hear what kind of event it is and what kind of participants come.

Experienced participants use it to consult organizers about a theme camp or an art installation, or to recruit people to exhibit with them. Many people with Burning Man experience also gather. They freely enjoy collecting information and swapping memories.
