At the start of the week, on Monday, August 27,
we are holding the second Burning Japan 2018 Meetup!
Please invite your friends and come.

We look forward to seeing you!
Food and drink are bring-your-own. Contributions are very welcome!

A Burning Japan Meetup is a casual gathering where burners talk together, from complete beginners — people interested in Burning Japan or Burning Man, people who want to join but are not sure, people who have vaguely heard of both and wonder how they differ — through to repeaters who are bringing a theme camp or art.

We will also sell tickets in person only, at a better price than online. You can get Burning Japan 2018 tickets early!
Ticket page: https://www.burningjapan.org/ticket/

We plan to present the following at the Meetup:

• Networking time to find theme-camp mates, art collaborators, rideshares, and other companions
• About Burning Man, Burning Japan, and this year’s art theme
• How to enter a theme camp or art
• An explanation of the call for volunteers

This year we plan three Meetups in all before the event on October 6. Bring friends along. We would be glad to make this Burning Japan — the first in two years — something enjoyable together with all of you.
