Theme Camp and Art Entries Are Now Open!

*Sound camp entries close on August 15!

The long-awaited call for theme camp and art entries is now open.

A theme camp is a registered camp that needs more infrastructure than an ordinary camp. Art cars, large art installations, and similar activities are accepted here as well.

■ Notes on sound camps
This year, because of facilities and where things can be placed, we plan for up to three sound camps. Only sound camps close their entries on August 15. If there are many applications, we will select among them.

■ Schedule
2023/08/03 Theme camp and art entries open
2023/08/15 Sound theme camp entries close
2023/10/01 Formal deadline for theme camp and art entries

This year, theme camps that prepare early and can stay in close contact with the organizers are more likely to get a favorable layout.

You can edit the entry form later. First fill in the required items as soon as you can and declare that you are entering. You have until the October 1 deadline to complete every field.
