Have Your Tickets Arrived?

Mailing of Burning Japan tickets was completed across October 26 and 27. Along with the tickets and parking passes, a survival guide is enclosed.
Alongside the good news of "my ticket arrived!", there are also reports that delivery is taking longer than in other years. If a ticket does not arrive before a participant coming from far away has to leave, we will check the purchase history at the venue gate and hand over a wristband. The survival guide included notes on taking part. We are also publishing PDF versions of the survival guide on the web, so please check those too.

Venue: Auto Camp MOGURA

On a navigation system, it is easier if you set it to Heda-toge (Heda-toge).
Go through Kinkanzan Tunnel No. 2 (Kinkanzan Tunnel No. 2), across from the Heda-toge bus-stop parking area, and it is about five minutes.
The route that climbs from the Numazu coast is narrow, and parts of it are private road, so please be sure to come down from Heda-toge.
★ In every camp area, you can drive up to the entrance to unload.
★ After unloading, park in the parking lot 750 m ahead (100 spaces).
★ Cars may come and go freely during the event. However, the road between GATE 1 and GATE 2 is closed at night (from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.).
★ Even if you leave the night before to avoid traffic, please wait until the gate opens at 9 a.m. on November 3.
We have also heard from people who missed buying a ticket, so we prepared a small number of "tickets held for pickup at the venue gate (WillCall)." They are sold on Peatix until noon on November 2. We will check your purchase history against your ID at the gate when you enter, and hand you your ticket. We will not sell same-day tickets on site. We also do not plan to handle any other cash. Please make sure everyone who is coming gets a ticket in advance.
